  • Food and Beverage Knowledge
    • Be knowledgeable about all menu items, their ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
    • Present children's menus and describe specials and alternative cuisine options to guests.
  • Service Standards
    • Serve and clear food and beverage items in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Utilize the POS system to ring up sales, print checks, and complete cash-out procedures.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Safety and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
    • Report any safety or sanitation concerns to management promptly.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned, including setting tables according to standards.
    • Report any deviations from set standards and procedures to management.
    • Assist other Food and Beverage Outlets during peak hours as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
