We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at MENA Recruit Pty Ltd in Dubai. As a key member of our corporate services division, you will be responsible for driving growth, client acquisition, and expanding our company's footprint in the highly competitive corporate services sector.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within a corporate service provider or a similar service-based industry. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, especially in the UAE or the GCC region, is essential.

You will be working closely with our internal teams such as legal, compliance, and finance to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Your ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as collaborate with external partners, will be crucial in driving business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving business growth through strategic planning and market research
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • Developing partnerships with law firms, banks, and other service providers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
