Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development
    • Design and deliver training programs that align with business objectives and meet the needs of employees.
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Training Delivery
    • Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels, including new hire orientations and ongoing training programs.
    • Use a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, online training, and coaching.
  • Training Evaluation
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor and report on training metrics, including participant feedback and learning outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand business needs and develop training solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the Leisure, Entertainment, or Hospitality industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to learn, teach, and effectively use writing/authoring tools, such as Word, PowerPoint, Prezi, and Articulate.
    • Advanced relationship management skills, demonstrated through experience in influencing staff and leaders at all levels.
  • Education
    • ID Design Certification (preferred).
  • Language
    • Excellent command of English and Arabic language.
