As a seasoned BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that automate the decision-making process throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing detailed shop drawings, cutlists, and as-builts.
  • Creating drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details.
  • Preparing shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator.
  • Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, HVAC drawings, and other trades.
  • Managing ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines.
  • Preparing detailed cut-list drawings for production as per the approved shop drawing and following up with production and site installation.
  • Coordinating and preparing interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Diploma, or ITI.
