We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at Harmony Medical Group as a Treatment Coordinator/Medical Transcriptionist. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in medical transcription and coordination.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience as a Treatment Coordinator/Medical Transcriptionist in a medical or dental setting, preferably with a strong background in medical transcription and coordination.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Review patient records to ensure all necessary documents are completed, including consents and other required forms.
- Assist the assigned nurse in preparing and post-care procedures for each treatment, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Accomplish all required documentation in the treatment rooms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Complete the clinical checklist daily, verifying that all procedures and operations are being performed as required.
- Perform other tasks related to your designation as per management's instructions, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with the healthcare team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED 2,000.00 - AED 3,000.00 per month
