Responsibilities
  1. Establish relationships with prospective clients, communicating Guidepoint's value proposition through targeted outreach efforts.
  2. Leverage your understanding of the market to map companies, identifying target groups and job functions.
  3. Drive the growth of Guidepoint's user base at client firms by employing strategic outreach approaches.
  4. Partner with senior team members to develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  5. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all professional levels.
  6. Assist in conducting warm/cold calls, email outreaches, and other outreach efforts to meet new client activation and meeting targets.
  7. Work collaboratively with the Client Service team to gather feedback from clients.
  8. Play a crucial role in onboarding new client users of our service, educating them on the various services we offer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and extracurricular achievement.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or an expert network industry (preferably in the MENAT region).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented attitude with excellent collaboration skills.
