Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Funds Associate with a robust background in investment fund structures and legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience: Candidates should possess between 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Technical Expertise: A strong grasp of limited partnership agreements and negotiation strategies related to fund investments is essential.
  • Knowledge Areas: Proficiency in fund documentation, including but not limited to Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Funds, is required. Familiarity with fund establishment in jurisdictions such as ADGM, DIFC, Luxembourg, Guernsey, and the Cayman Islands is highly advantageous.
  • Additional Skills: While experience in hedge funds and mergers & acquisitions is a plus, a thorough understanding of private funds and investor negotiations is preferred.
  • Location Preference: The firm is particularly interested in candidates based in major financial hubs, though exceptional candidates from other regions are also encouraged to express their interest.
