Job Description:

The Director of Contract and Procurement will lead the development and implementation of effective contract management and procurement strategies across our Real Estate & Construction department. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in contract management, procurement, and risk analysis.

You will be responsible for managing contracts, procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also be required to develop and implement effective strategies to optimize contractual oversight and procurement efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Economics, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Professional certifications in contract management or procurement (e.g., CPCM, CPPM, PMP) are an advantage
  • 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction laws, and risk management principles
  • Expertise in budgeting, cost control, contractor/vendor management, and commercial risk analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI for reports and dashboards
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commercial awareness
