Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and positive individual to fill the role of Employee Experience Manager. As the primary liaison between employees, Staffing, and HR, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our consultants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster Employee Engagement: Establish regular touchpoints with employees to discuss their growth aspirations and staffing needs.
  • Manage Leave Coordinations: Track annual leave, LOA, and leave + float days, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Mentorship Coaching: Support the employee journey from hire to retire, conducting touchpoints and capturing key insights in a database.
  • Collaborate with HR & Staffing: Ensure full alignment on employee development needs, rotations, and veto requests.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or finance.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment dealing with people, employees, or business stakeholders.
  • Possess a mix of business sense, HR, and consulting industry understanding.
  • Experience with engagement, coaching, and people care combined with an analytical mindset.
