Job SummaryThis role involves undertaking various actions in Success Factor based on requests received from line managers, including updates to employee information and processing personnel actions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant data management within our HR systems.
The successful candidate will also be required to generate employee letters, process new hires and separations, and verify employee data against documentation and files. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review employee master data against documentation and employee files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Compile and analyze HR master data, monitor error reports, and take necessary action to correct/resolve errors in the system.
- Provide support to group-level employees across all business units and liaise between employees for issuance of HR-related letters.
- Liaise with banks for employee verifications and assist in Success Factors implementation processes.
