Office Operations Assistant

Vistro Intl is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the front desk, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
* Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean, organized, and presentable
* Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate recipients
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms and company events
* Assist with coordination between departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
* Handle general inquiries and provide support to employees as needed
* Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
