    • Explain the steps of the service for each stage of the process to ensure client confidence.
  • Nail and Skincare Services
    • Perform a range of nail services as directed in the salon brochure.
    • Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and confidently recommend services and products that are appropriate.
  • Client Relations
    • Build relationships with clients and record all technical service information for future reference.
    • Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy.
    • Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after-sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.
  • Salon Standards
    • Uphold municipality standards of hygiene and salon policies and procedures for all treatments.
