The role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will meet established sales goals, including revenue, profit, and expense targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Audio-Visual industry with 5+ years of experience in technical sales management.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, exceptional negotiation skills, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Exceptional selling skills; able to manage the people side of the business, effectively use internal/external resources and accomplish assigned targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM platform Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
