Job Description

The role of the NOC Coordinator is to oversee and manage the process of obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for the metro rail project during the Design & Build (D&B) phase. This involves coordinating with various authorities, stakeholders, and departments to ensure that all necessary approvals and clearances are obtained in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs) required for the project.
  • Prepare and submit NOC applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are provided.
  • Monitor the status of NOC applications and follow up with authorities to expedite the approval process.

About the Role:

This position requires a high level of analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple NOC applications and stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with the project management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate the smooth execution of the project.

Requirements:
