Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety and housekeeping on site.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and submit regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including mechanical, electrical and site engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective plans for managing project resources, including labor, materials and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving project efficiency and reducing costs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P3/P6.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
