Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Define key performance indicators, mobilize internal and external stakeholders, and drive business objectives to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Lead Environmental Certifications and Standards: Establish partnerships with credible ecolabels, set and raise industry standards, and influence selling partners to innovate and meet environmental impact goals.
  • Accelerate Adoption and Innovation: Lead internal teams to accelerate adoption, influence executives across selling partners and ecolabels, and shape the industry through evangelization and education.
  • Drive Shared Goals and Growth Plans: Collaborate with senior leaders across categories to establish shared goals and growth plans, ensuring effective internal communication and stakeholder participation.
  • Integrate Product Family Across Amazon Business Units: Enable partner teams across Retail, 3P, Business, and Advertising to promote the product family on your behalf, integrating it as a standard offering.
  • Inform Technology and Process Development: Deliver effective PRFAQs and BRDs to inform the development of technology, automation, and processes owned by CPF Core.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: In a relevant field such as business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Strong Amazon Writing Skills: Proficiency in writing OP1, QBR, MBR, PRFAQs, and BRDs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Equivalent: In a relevant field such as business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
  • 7+ Years of Experience: In product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Advanced Data Handling Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data handling tools.
