Job Description:

As a Guest Service Specialist with IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective reservation management. Your key objectives will include converting bedroom accommodation enquiries into bookings, recording and processing bookings, cancellations, and amendments in line with company standards, as well as managing hotel selling strategies to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert bedroom accommodation enquiries into bookings on the phone or via email.
  • Record and process bookings, cancellations, and amendments using a computerized reservation system.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Prepare reports using computer software such as Word and Excel.
  • Manage bookings that failed to arrive (No Show).
