Main Responsibilities
  • VAT Compliance: Conduct thorough VAT compliance reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness in client VAT filings.
  • Client Support: Assist clients in conducting VAT audits and resolving disputes with tax authorities effectively.
  • Tax Legislation: Analyze and interpret VAT legislation changes to provide strategic advice to clients on compliance and planning.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of VAT processes.
Essential Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in VAT compliance and advisory roles within a recognized firm.
  • Certifications: Certification as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage for client interactions.
