Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Rivoli Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and prepare monthly reports for internal purposes and brand principals, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Follow up with the logistics team, process incoming shipments, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Sales Tracking and Forecasting: Update and maintain sales trackers for incoming shipments and order allocations, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Order Processing and Invoicing: Prepare proforma invoices for sales orders, process client orders, and finalize invoices in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with after-sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure efficient dispatch of goods and spare-parts.
  • Ad Hoc Projects and Analysis: Assist with ad hoc reports and projects as required, providing valuable support to the sales team.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
