Position Overview

The Senior Legal Associate will be responsible for coordinating with judicial officers for the delivery of legal documents related to cases managed by ALDAR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with the Labour Department, Labour Courts, Rent Committee, and the Conciliation and Settlement Department of the Judiciary to ensure compliance and follow-up on ongoing cases.

2. Collect and verify customer information, including contact details and addresses, for clients with overdue payments, and communicate this information to the court to facilitate notice delivery.

3. Collaborate with external legal firms regarding outstanding customer payments, providing necessary customer location and contact details to assist in the collection process.

4. Maintain communication with various governmental bodies such as the Department of Economic Development, Traffic Police, and Securities Market to ensure adherence to regulations.

5. Oversee the renewal process of ALDAR's trade license and related documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and submitted to the appropriate authorities, including ADM, DCS, and the Chamber of Commerce.

6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Experience:

Minimum of 6 years in public relations or legal services.
