About The Position

This role involves leading the data and analytics functions within CRM, focusing on developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in CRM and marketing technology.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and maintain customer segmentation models, including RFM modeling and purchase propensity, to inform marketing strategies.
  2. Serve as the technical lead for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Instance, guiding the campaign teams on best practices and platform maturity adoption.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
