Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead our Operations Control team in delivering successful Oil & Gas projects in UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Project Controls activities, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting project quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate Project Controls activities to achieve project goals.
  2. Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure effective project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  4. Develop and implement robust cost control systems to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project performance meets or exceeds expectations.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employers, and engineers' representatives.
  7. Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  1. University degree in Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, with 5 years in leadership roles.
  3. Proven track record in managing EPC projects above US$ 100M with ADNOC (or equivalent).
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
