Virtual Relationship Officer

At First Gulf Bank PJSC, we are looking for a skilled Virtual Relationship Officer to join our Corporate and Commercial Banking Group. This is an emiratized role that offers the opportunity to work part-time and contribute to the bank's growth.

  • This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 400-500 customers and achieve monthly and annual KPI objectives.
  • Cross-sell bank products to increase product penetration across customer portfolios.
  • Refer and upgrade customers to other units within the segment.
  • Maintain daily sales reports on business performance for review.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking, customer service, or sales.
  • Commercial banking experience is an added advantage.
