Overview:

Precision Hire Solution is in search of a Creative Director & AI Lead to spearhead the development and management of the organization’s comprehensive suite of assets and brand visual strategy. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, this pivotal role focuses on activating the visual and narrative requirements for the company across product sales and branding while enhancing the organization’s overall visibility.

This position entails both content production and the mentorship of an internal team alongside agency partners, ensuring that the highest quality standards are consistently met for brand and product go-to-market campaigns. The role demands a balanced approach, utilizing both analytical and creative thinking, and requires a personality and skill set proficient in brainstorming creative strategies, championing innovative ideas, and collaborating with multiple stakeholder teams to guarantee a seamless launch on both global and local scales.

The Creative Director will craft compelling narratives, inspiring creativity through various mediums such as static artwork, event presentations, sales materials, trailers, and additional audio/visual assets to engage both B2B and consumer audiences. As the AI Lead, they will proactively integrate generative AI into brand and partner relationship outputs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conception and execution of campaigns and initiatives that deliver exceptional creative experiences, setting new industry marketing benchmarks.
  • Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art AI tools to enhance content creation and automate workflows, thereby improving productivity.
  • Oversee a production team consisting of graphic designers, motion designers, video editors, and art directors to elevate and scale creative outputs across multiple products.
  • Develop creative strategies and presentations based on insights from various stakeholders for multiple products and brands.
  • Design scalable solutions in multiple formats for diverse storytelling touchpoints and personalized user journeys.
  • Refine and manage creative templates and resources, ensuring they leverage AI for increased efficiency and dynamism, while providing use cases and demonstrations for partners.
  • Automate and standardize repetitive tasks within design software to enhance creativity through AI utilization.
  • Transform concepts into high-quality deliverables across campaigns, including print, digital, paid, organic social, email, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Conduct A/B testing on formats and creatives across digital platforms and owned media.
  • Establish project timelines, effectively managing schedules from conception through successful launch and beyond, while communicating milestones to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize reporting tools to assess asset performance.
  • Analyze artwork and video performance metrics per platform, identifying trends to enhance creative output.
  • Continuously learn about product creative strategies and educate cross-functional partners and internal team members on the latest developments.
  • Act as a brand steward, consistently articulating and executing brand communication in alignment with the company’s tone, values, proposition, and visual standards.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in production or creative roles, either in-house or at an agency.
  • A strong commitment to mentoring and skill development, with the ability to inspire creativity and innovation within the team.
  • A passion for technology and industry trends.
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous, with preference given to candidates fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and MidJourney.
  • Previous experience or education in prompt engineering is a plus.
  • A portfolio of work is required for review.
