At Americana Foods, we're committed to delivering exceptional sales and business development services. As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.

You'll work closely with our distributor sales team to identify and prioritize potential clients within the foodservice sector. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also prospecting and acquiring new customers through networking, cold calls, and lead generation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of the unique needs and preferences of each client. You'll provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements, ensuring that they receive the best possible service from Americana Foods.

In addition to your sales skills, you'll also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This includes being able to work effectively with colleagues, as well as engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
