- You will work closely with our Head of Property Investment to develop and execute strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.
- Your expertise in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft 365 Office Suite will enable you to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide valuable insights to clients.
- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about achieving sales excellence and has a strong understanding of the local real estate market trends and regulations.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals, as well as working with the Head of Property Investment to prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
