About the Role

As a Sales Engineer at Juma Al Majid Holding Group, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire safety and life safety sectors.

You will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their requirements, delivering presentations, and providing technical consultations. You will analyze client needs and customize solutions by selecting appropriate products and services, preparing and delivering sales proposals and contracts to clients.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. You will also provide post-sales support and training to clients, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or technical engineering role within the fire and life safety industry. Strong understanding of fire protection systems, life safety equipment, and building code requirements is essential. Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software for reviewing drawings and schematics is also necessary.
