Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a retail or similar environment.
- Proven track record in budget creation, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and product trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Familiarity with retail management software such as AIM and NetSuite.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and health and safety regulations in the retail sector.
Compensation and Benefits
Experience Required: 1-2 years in a relevant field
Salary Range: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
