Key Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Advisor at Caliberly, you will be responsible for:

  1. Market Analysis and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market, as well as changes in rules and regulations.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Prospect new clients through sales calls, direct mail, and networking events, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  3. Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Assess client prerequisites and recommend suitable mortgage options from our product suite.
  4. Sales and Business Development: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating a pipeline of new opportunities and increasing sales volumes.
  5. Introducer and Partner Management: Develop and maintain relationships with introducers and channel partners to generate business avenues and increase business opportunities.
  6. Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Share knowledge of corporate and wealth banking products with colleagues and actively refer leads to other teams.
  7. Lead Generation and Management: Identify potential introducers, bring them to the table for initial discussions, and participate in developer events to promote mortgage and corporate advisory programs.
  8. Reporting and Coaching: Maintain call memos of leads generated, report to management as needed, and obtain coaching from private and wealth banking teams on new and existing products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgages with a proven track record in the UAE.
  2. Personal Qualities: Be ambitious, self-motivated, and driven by integrity, company ethos, and values.
  3. Key Skills: Possess strong relationship management skills, excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
