Salesforce, Inc. is a leading provider of CRM solutions, empowering businesses to revolutionize their customer engagement strategies. The CSG Account Partner (AP) Director will play a vital role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for designated accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of consultative sales experience, with 5+ years selling professional services for a strategic consulting firm or large-scale system integrator. They will be able to build strong relationships with C-level clients, develop personalized account plans, and drive revenue growth through effective pipeline generation and sales presentations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Driving CSG Success Cloud growth and bookings while ensuring organizational health and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Engaging customers using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce as a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Creating a compelling vision and communicating transformative solutions to generate significant business value from customer investments.
  • Developing territory and account plans, forecasting accurately, building pipelines, and progressing opportunities to deliver Success Cloud revenue growth.
  • Cultivating positive relationships with License Sales and regional Alliances/Partner organizations essential to success.
  • Being a recognized role model for collaboration, leadership, and business results.
