Key Responsibilities

  1. Craft compelling proposals by integrating draft content, project data, and team profiles, ensuring alignment with client requirements and pursuit strategies.
  2. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to refine and deliver polished proposals and marketing materials, maintaining consistency in tone, quality, and branding.
  3. Develop and execute social media strategies to optimize engagement, expand online presence, and ensure timely updates.
  4. Manage proposal schedules, budgets, and resources, maintaining efficient processes and on-time delivery of qualification documents.
  5. Maintain and update a library of reusable content, templates, and databases to streamline proposal and marketing workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, or project administration roles.
  • Hands-on experience with social media strategy and content management for professional platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
