Job Details

The Data Architecture Lead will be responsible for driving the development of a comprehensive enterprise data architecture practice at ENOC. This includes establishing and managing the framework, standards, and guidelines for data management, as well as ensuring technology governance as per EA standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management frameworks, hands-on experience with various methods, and excellent project management skills. They will also be able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Architecture Development: Develop and maintain the enterprise data architecture practice, including framework, standards, and guidelines for data management.
  • Technology Governance: Ensure technology governance as per EA standards by contributing to the development, review, and enforcement of enterprise architecture policies, standards, and procedures in coordination with other functions and business units.
  • Strategic Planning: Manage and maintain a holistic view of the organization's used technologies for data, and develop architecture transition using capability-based planning techniques or other well-known techniques to achieve the to-be state, in cooperation with projects portfolio management and strategy and planning units.
  • Change Management: Identify and drive opportunities to simplify and leverage existing tools/assets and resources across IT, and manage the transformation and change management planning for data architecture vision components and target state architecture.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or computer engineering from a recognized university; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of Information Technology experience, with 2+ years of relevant working experience in multiple industries.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of data management frameworks, hands-on experience with various methods, good knowledge in project management methodology, and preferred professional certifications (e.g. CDMP, PMP, COBIT, ITIL).
