As a Compliance Officer Data Products Specialist at Dicetek LLC, you will be responsible for:

  1. Building and Maintaining Data Lineage: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive data lineage for data consumed by compliance teams and systems.
  2. Measuring and Monitoring Data Quality: Establish and track data quality metrics to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  3. Implementing Controls: Design and implement controls to ensure data completeness and accuracy, and to prevent data discrepancies.
  4. Collaborating with Technology Teams: Work closely with technology teams to identify and resolve data gaps and inconsistencies.
  5. Developing Data Governance: Build and maintain a data glossary and reports repository to ensure data governance and compliance.
  6. Coordinating with End Users: Work with end users to understand functional data requirements and translate them into data specifications.
  7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Test deliveries and maintain a testing log to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Required Skills and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong Understanding of Banking Products and Operations: Familiarity with banking products and operations, including financial regulations and compliance.
  2. Database and Data Structure Expertise: In-depth knowledge of databases and data structures, including data modeling and data warehousing.
  3. Data Mapping and Lineage Understanding: Understanding of data mapping and lineage, including data transformation and data quality.
  4. ETL and Data Transformation Skills: Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data transformation using SAS and SQL.
  5. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Ability to gather and document business requirements, including preparing business requirements documents.
  6. Software Delivery Life Cycle Understanding: Familiarity with the software delivery life cycle, including agile development methodologies.
  7. Proven Expertise in SAS and SQL: Proven expertise in using SAS (base and advanced) and SQL for implementing data management solutions.
