Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Review payroll data for accuracy, including employee attendance, deductions, reversals, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process and manage employee benefits, deductions, and compensation adjustments in the payroll system.
  • Handle queries from employees regarding payroll discrepancies or issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, government authorities, and statutory bodies as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Certification in payroll or related certifications (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional). - preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in end-to-end payroll administration.
  • Familiarity with regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
