The Senior Fabricator Leader will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of mobilization and demobilization activities. This involves supervising and coordinating the work of hired contractors, conducting regular safety inspections, and developing accurate records of lifting activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities, including hired contractors, to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate records of lifting activities, including documentation and permits.
  4. Collaborate with the Supervisor to manage stock levels and coordinate purchases as needed.
  5. Ensure the Hamriyah Yard Facility (Survey Section) remains well-maintained and adheres to high standards of housekeeping and HSE.
  6. Perform routine maintenance on fixed survey equipment onboard Horizon Survey owned vessels.
  7. Prepare and deliver Toolbox Talks, Risk Assessments, Permits, and Lifting Plans to support operational excellence.
  8. Contribute to the improvement of the Company's Integrated Management System through active participation and adherence to its principles.
