Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Affairs Specialist to join our team at TALABAT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public policy, political science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the public affairs and government relations field.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Middle East's policy environment, excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate cross-functionally while being accountable for public affairs matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective policy partnerships and campaigns
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and other relevant parties
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership on public affairs matters
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the Middle East's policy environment and identifying opportunities for TALABAT to engage and influence policy decisions
