Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Facility Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our 2500 square meter warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing similar facilities, with a proven track record of team management and technical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and organizing the warehouse operation from the ground up, recruiting, training, and managing a team of 15 warehouse personnel, and overseeing inventory accuracy, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.

  • Establish and organize the warehouse operation from the ground up.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 15 warehouse personnel.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.

The selected candidate will utilize technology and systems to optimize warehouse operations and reporting, while monitoring and evaluating staff performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager managing a facility of 2500 square meters or larger.
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 15 people.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Russian and English is mandatory for effective communication.
  • Proficient in using PCs and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in warehouse operations.
