Key Responsibilities- Download and verify all internet bookings, sorting them branch-wise and entering customer data into spreadsheets.
- Forward confirmed bookings to assigned branches and follow up to ensure utilization.
- Manage rental rates against capacity and demand, coordinating with the billing department for invoicing international partners.
- Assist branches with rates and terms, coordinating with customers and partners as a contact point.
- Prepare monthly reservation reports and submit them to concerned parties.
- Download and verify all internet inquiries, sorting them branch-wise and department-wise, and entering customer data into spreadsheets.
- Forward inquiries to concerned parties and follow up on their status.
