Position Overview
The Supply Chain Administration Leader will be responsible for designing and managing the framework of services that support the Supply Chain division. This includes, but is not limited to, business intelligence and analytics, contract oversight, supplier relationship management, and procurement systems.

This role entails establishing a robust framework for each program utilized, ensuring they are effective, aligned with business needs, and adhere to S.M.A.R.T. criteria.

Team Development
You will be tasked with building a team whose expertise and capabilities will drive exceptional performance in program development, execution, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

Additionally, you will create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the teams that align with organizational objectives and foster strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners.

Candidate Profile
We seek candidates with a relevant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, coupled with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in effectively managing supply chain administration functions within a high-energy environment. A solid understanding of administrative processes, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, contract management software, ERP systems, and e-Sourcing is required. Familiarity with suppliers and resources in the regional market is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have a background in negotiation, analytical skills, a solid grasp of terms and conditions, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
