  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Identify and address complex problems, leveraging your analytical and creative skills to develop innovative solutions that drive business results.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in the last-mile or gig-economy industry, as well as your knowledge of the Middle Eastern market, to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, combining 2-3 years of consulting or in-house strategy experience with 2-3 years of operations experience in a fast-paced industry.
  • Skills: Strong team management skills, ability to grasp new concepts quickly, structured problem-solving skills, dynamic ways of working, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
