- Resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
- Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Seven years of payroll experience, including two years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (preferably Oracle), payroll accounting, financial reporting, and UAE labor regulations.
- Excellent leadership abilities, critical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
