Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Visualization and Automation: Develop and implement data visualization and automation strategies to improve performance management KPI reports, ensuring timely and accurate insights for business stakeholders.
  • Integrate Information Systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various information systems, developing performance management KPIs/scorecards that highlight performance deficiencies on micro and macro levels.
  • Evaluate Business Processes: Conduct thorough evaluations of current business performance management processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Implement Best Practices: Ensure the implementation of best performance management techniques, leveraging relevant reporting tools to forecast and develop performance management matrices.
  • Manage KPIs: Identify and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to strategic planning and pre-defined departmental objectives.
  • Data Modeling and Analysis: Oversee data modeling, performance reporting, analysis, and automation efforts, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
  • Business Needs Analysis: Work with business units to gather information, formulate, and develop business needs for performance management.
  • Insight Development: Prepare insights for executive meetings, trade reviews, and other management meetings, highlighting strengths and weaknesses in processes with action plans for improvement.
  • Performance Management System: Determine processes and methods used in performance management systems, proposing modifications and additional system components required.
  • System Design: Identify business requirements and produce specifications to create performance management systems/solutions.
  • KPI Design: Design new business performance improvement KPIs with operational heads, using best determined methods to improve efficiency.
  • Reporting Alignment: Align business performance reporting sources with IT and technical teams to provide the best possible information for improvement.
  • Departmental KPIs: Ensure visibility on departmental key performance indicators based on business-critical measures.
  • Performance Tracking Framework: Support management teams in developing a framework for performance tracking.
  • Data Mart and Reporting: Build strong back-end and Data Mart to provide information and analysis needed to accurately reflect customer experience and support the Customer Operations & Fulfillment Team.
  • Intelligent Reporting: Ensure sales channels, customer operations, and service management are supported with intelligent reports that help understand customer behavior and profiles through automated reporting.
  • Contact Centre Scorecards: Focus on developing performance monitoring agent scorecards/reports of Contact Centre staff to improve their effectiveness and results.
  • Business Intelligence and Data Mining: Provide business intelligence and data mining support for the business, executing sophisticated quantitative analysis and advanced modeling to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all internal stakeholders, sharing insights that help improve performance, increase efficiency, and prioritize customer experience improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors/Masters in the field of IT/CS/Telecom Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 08-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Availability: Must be available for onsite interview in UAE - if required.
Benefits

Salary: 14,000/- to 15,000/- AED per month
