Local Unit & Position Description

The Regional Communications Hub Europe, Middle East & Africa is responsible for strategy and leadership communication, marketing and campaign management, branding, digital communications, media relations & PR, event management, social media as well as employee communications.

We're looking for a professional with expertise in communications, marketing, or PR to develop and implement regional communications and marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and contribute to lead generation across DNV Maritime's product and service categories.

Your responsibilities

  1. Act as the local sparring partner for all comms-related activities to the Regional Management and Business Development team of the Region Middle East and Africa.
  2. Drive internal and leadership communications across different channels to provide a line of sight between high-level strategy and individual actions and goals.

Position Qualifications

  1. University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or similar.
  2. Fluent in English and Arabic language.
  3. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a communications, marketing or PR role.

Personal qualities

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Ability to thrive in a multicultural and diverse environment, fostering collaboration across different backgrounds.
