About the Position
Abroad Work is looking for a highly organized Records Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a central system of filing papers connected to finance and the industrial division.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for producing, digitizing, and maintaining documents according to the company's record lifecycle procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain a centralized filing system for financial and industrial division papers.
- Produce and digitize documents as required.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking logs.
- Safeguard company registration papers and inform relevant departments for renewals prior to expiration.
- Handle insurance documents and other related records.
Requirements
