We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager to join our team at Qureos Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and overseeing the company's finance and accounting operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Financial Processes Setup: Establish financial systems and processes for our entirety of finance and accounting operations.
  • Day-to-Day Financial Management: Oversee accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and taxation.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies supporting company growth and sustainability.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • ERP Systems: Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline operations.
  • Reporting: Provide financial insights and recommendations to our Partner(s).

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

Required:

  • ACCA or CA certification
  • 8-10 years of finance experience, preferably in a legal firm
  • Strong knowledge of finance, audit, accounting, and strategy
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Currently located in the UAE

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a legal firm
  • A young, energetic professional eager to develop and lift the finance organization onto its next level
