**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Aviation Program Manager to lead our Total Component Management (TCM) program at Air Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive TCM strategy, ensuring the efficient management of our aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement TCM Strategy: Design and implement a robust TCM program that meets the needs of Air Arabia's fleet operations, ensuring the availability of components within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Inventory Management: Develop and maintain a detailed inventory management system, including pool planning, budgeting, procurement, and logistics management.
  • Component Sourcing: Engage with key stakeholders to identify and source components, ensuring the highest quality and availability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure and monitor the performance of the TCM program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for the day-to-day operations of the TCM program.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and repair shops to ensure the smooth operation of the TCM program.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation program management, component supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aviation, logistics, or business administration.
