Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to play a key role in driving our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, executive support, and a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development Responsibilities- Market Insights and Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of our target market, identifying new opportunities and areas for growth. Analyze competitor activity and develop strategies to enhance our market position.
- Client Engagement and Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Strategy Development and Implementation: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's objectives. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Proposal and Presentation Development: Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition and secure new business opportunities.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management on progress and opportunities.
- CEO Schedule Management: Effectively manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring all engagements are well-planned and aligned with strategic priorities.
- CEO Representation: Act as the CEO's representative in meetings and decision-making processes, communicating directives and ensuring follow-up with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Team Coordination (Germany): Coordinate tasks and activities with employees in Germany, ensuring alignment with company objectives and facilitating clear communication between the CEO and the German team.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodation for the CEO, ensuring seamless execution of executive meetings and events.
- Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as delegated by the CEO, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in business development, executive support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, calendar management tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and proactive attitude.
