We are on the lookout for a Household Manager and Childcare Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, organized home while providing outstanding childcare services. This is a full-time opportunity that comes with a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Organize and manage household items, such as linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with laundry duties and ironing.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the family.
- Provide childcare services, including supervising and engaging with children, preparing snacks and meals, and assisting with homework.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Run errands and assist with grocery shopping as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the family.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience as a Household Manager and Childcare Specialist or in a similar capacity.
- Exceptional housekeeping and childcare abilities.
- Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Must possess legal eligibility to work in Dubai, UAE.
