Our Expectations

We expect our Housekeeping Attendants to be dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards in our hotels. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and sanitizing assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in public areas, such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and common spaces.
  • Emptying trash containers and replacing trash bags as needed.
  • Replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
