Main Responsibilities
  1. Talent Management & Development:
    • Lead integrated talent management efforts for TechOps, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent that aligns with the organization's values and business needs.
    • Oversee leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
  2. Employee Engagement & Experience:
    • Implement and monitor programs that foster a positive, high-engagement culture across all TechOps in support of One Arcera.
    • Oversee employee engagement surveys and metrics, and partner with leadership to implement action plans based on feedback.
  3. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
    • Lead strategies to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within TechOps.
    • Foster an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.
  4. Organizational Design & Change Management:
    • Provide leadership in organizational design and structure, ensuring that teams are appropriately resourced and aligned to deliver on business objectives.
    • Lead change management efforts to support growth, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives within TechOps.
  5. Performance & Reward Strategy:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems that align with TechOps business goals and foster accountability.
  6. Compliance & Regulatory:
    • Ensure People and Culture practices are compliant with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, especially within the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry.
    • Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk in employee relations and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
